BEC Meetings & Events is the unit responsible for managing the premises allocated for events organised by external organisations at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC). It has a first-class venue at its disposal. Its size, amenities and great versatility make the BEC the perfect venue for congresses, symposiums, concerts, cultural events, corporate meetings, exhibitions, political meetings, banquets, parties, product presentations and a host of other activities. The facilities available comprise an 18,000 m2 convention centre on three levels, featuring rooms with various configurations and seating capacities from 20 to 2500 plus an exclusive, open-plan, multi-purpose area known as “Luxua”. There are also 6 open-plan exhibition halls, including the Bizkaia Arena multi-purpose hall, which between them can provide 150,000 m2 of exhibition space
