AIPC provides its members with access to a wide range of resources, from research to quality standards. In all instances, the purpose is to provide our members with tools and information which they can use to innovate, demonstrate the quality of their service offering and to attract new business.

Awards

AIPC APEX award: based on the highest client rating received by a convention centre

AIPC Innovation award: rewards “innovation” in the true sense of the word; that is, the development of a new, more creative or more effective approach to any aspect of convention centre management, operations or marketing

Quality standards

an industry-specific programme for identifying and evaluating key areas of convention centre performance leading to an accepted form of recognition, along with an audit process in order to ensure the credibility of results

Economic Impact calculator

allows convention centres to measure and report their overall economic impact to owners, investors and, communities in a consistent, efficient and cost-effective way
