Exceptional General Assembly – important!

An exception General Assembly will take place on Friday, September 9th at 14:00 CET and will last for 30 minutes.

There will only be one agenda topic: the approval of the new bylaws of AIPC.

The modification of the bylaws is required to comply with the new Belgian legislation with regards to the management of association. The changes are limited to a clarification of the roles and responsibilities within the association and do not affect in any way the purpose, structure and governance of the association.

However, as this concerns the bylaws of AIPC, we need 75% of the members to approve the modifications. So please make sure to have someone from your organization participate OR give a proxy – this can be done via the secretariat, by sending a mail to secretariat@aipc.org.
