For more than 20 years, the AIPC Sales & Marketing Summit has been the essential prelude to IMEX, a space where senior commercial leaders step back from the noise of the show floor to reflect, recalibrate and sharpen their strategy. The 2026 edition raises the bar even higher. 

In direct response to participant feedback, this year’s Summit introduces a new full-day interactive workshop format, moving beyond traditional presentations to enable deeper exploration, real engagement and practical application. Designed for senior sales, marketing and business development leaders, the Summit will focus on modern buyer behaviour, influence and the integration of sales, marketing and leadership in today’s increasingly complex commercial environment. 

Led by Riki Dackén, senior sales and marketing expert and programme leader at IHM Business School, the workshop combines insights from neuroscience, behavioural economics and commercial strategy to challenge outdated sales thinking and offer concrete tools for influencing decision-making before, during and beyond the buying window.
