Registration now open for the 2025 AIPC Operational Excellence Summit
The AIPC Operational Excellence Summit returns to Barcelona on November 20–21, 2025, generously hosted by the CCIB and proudly sponsored by Hungexpo.
Building on the momentum of last year’s highly successful edition, the Summit remains a pivotal gathering for operations leaders and professionals across the global convention centre industry.
Guided by this year’s theme, Future Ready Operations: Driving Efficiency and Sustainability, the 2025 Summit will explore how centres can adapt to fast-evolving demands in technology, safety, and sustainability, while continuing to deliver seamless experiences for clients and delegates. Topics such as event logistics, AV innovation, risk and crowd management, cybersecurity, and the integration of sustainable practices — closely aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals — will be at the heart of discussions.
A hallmark of the Operational Excellence Summit is its practical, hands-on approach. Early bird registration is now open until October 1, 2025, at a reduced rate of 400 EUR, inclusive of lunches, coffee breaks, and the closing cocktail. After this date, the regular registration fee of 500 EUR will apply.
