As we look ahead to the upcoming year, AIPC is pleased to share its 2026 membership renewal details together with a reminder of upcoming events in late 2025 and 2026.
Membership Fees for 2026
After two years of holding membership fees steady, the AIPC General Assembly has approved a modest 5% increase for 2026. This adjustment reflects the rising fees of delivering our expanded portfolio of activities and ensures we can continue to invest in high-quality programming, thought leadership, and member services.
The annual membership fee for 2026 is as follows:
- Less than 10,000 sqm: €2,095
- 10,000 – 50,000 sqm: €2,620
- More than 50,000 sqm: €3,145
Pro-forma invoices will be sent out in November.
AIPC Events Schedule
Our programme continues to grow, bringing new learning, exchange, and networking opportunities for members worldwide:
- AIPC Operational Excellence Summit (Barcelona)
20-21 November 2025, right after IBTM
Fee: €400 (Early bird), €500 (Regular)
Looking ahead to 2026:
- AIPC ANZ Academy in partnership with ABEA and NZICC (New Zealand, 16-20 February 2026):
Fee: $3,455.00 NZD and Non-Members: $3,675.00 (excluding travel and accommodation).
- AIPC Academy (La Hulpe, Belgium, 12-17 April 2026)
One-week immersive training for future convention centre leaders.
Fee: Early Delegate Fee is EUR 3,025 incl VAT
Discounts are available for participants traveling long-haul (20% for flights of 6–8 hours, 50% for flights over 8 hours).
- AIPC International Sales & Marketing Summit at IMEX (Frankfurt, 17 May 2026)
Fee: 250 EUR
- AIPC Annual Conference (Bilbao, 28 June – 1 July 202026)
Fee: EUR 900 & Additional Delegate(s): EUR 800
