At an impressive 32,500m2, the NZICC will be the largest and most versatile conference, exhibition and entertainment space in New Zealand. Set within the heart of a vibrant Auckland city, the NZICC has immediate access to world class hotels, public transport, galleries, dining precincts and other key civic and tourist amenities. It is a vertically stacked building spread over four levels, and this innovative and flexible centre will feature: • the ability to accommodate conferences of approx 3,000 delegates • 1,000m2 of elevated views for banquet style settings • mezzanine levels with panoramic views that can easily be converted from meeting and exhibition, to banquet and performance functions, all of which will be available for local use • a dedicated, flexible plenary theatre configurable in multiple modes (banquets and theatre) to cater for up to 2,850 people • 2,700m2 of meeting and breakout spaces, easily configured in modules with larger rooms divisible into smaller spaces • a large exhibition hub which can accommodate one off events of 4,000 attendees, with 8,100m2 of configurable exhibition space across three column-free halls, a nine metre high stud and direct truck access off Hobson Street for easy set up and pack down.
