Grieghallen is centrally located and within walking distance to most facilities. The facilities are very user-friendly and can be tailored to suit individual needs. The Grieg Hall / Grieghallen (www.grieghallen.no) is proud of its prominent position as an international congress centre capable of providing a modern product to match the highest of international standards. The main plenary hall can seat 1, 600 and can also be extended to seat up to 2, 000 if necessary. The main conference hall, «Peer Gynt Hall», has a flexible amphitheatre with 320 seats, which, combined with chairs, has a total capacity of fitting 700 persons. In cinema seating the auditorium takes 750 people. In addition, you can choose from 10 smaller meeting rooms with a capacity from 10 to 550 persons. The exhibition facilities in the conference centre are excellent with a total floor space of approx. 3, 500 square meters.
