BEXCO, a proud landmark convention center of Busan, is located in the heart of Haeundae Beach Resort area, which is one of the most famous vacation sites in South Korea. It currently features a pillar-free exhibition center with over 26,500㎡ of exhibition space, dividable into five independent exhibition halls, and a modern convention hall with 37 meeting rooms including a grand ballroom capable of accommodating up to 2,400 attendees in theater style seating. In order to fulfill its grand vision of becoming the most preferred MICE destinations in Asia, BEXCO is currently undergoing a major facility expansion project. Upon completion in June 2012, it will offer a new 4,002-seat capacity state-of-the-art auditorium, a second exhibition center with approximately 20,000㎡ of additional exhibition space and 12 additional meeting rooms. Conveniently interlinked with its existing facilities, BEXCO will offer over 60,000㎡ of exhibition space and 49 small to large meeting rooms on a total land area of over 160,000㎡ by June 2012.
