At the last AIPC Operational Excellence Summit in Barcelona this November, we chose to do something a little different. Instead of speaker gifts, AIPC donated the equivalent value to a local charity supporting children in the area surrounding the convention centre.
This initiative was made possible thanks to Barcelona Forum District, in partnership with Fundació Trinijove, through the Christmas campaign Una carta, una ilusión. Together, 104 letters from children at Centre Obert Neus Puig were sponsored, alongside books, school supplies, and shared gifts. The initiative also reached families supported by Centre Sant Martí.
For AIPC, operational excellence also means leaving a positive footprint in the communities that host us.
