BCEC Achieves AIPC Quality Standards recertification at Gold Level

The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre has recently achieved AIPC Quality Standards recertification at Gold Level setting the bar high for industry excellence and  and joining a group of 30 AIPC member centres who have successfully met this international standard.

This certification serves as a confirmation and documentation of the centre’s accomplishments in ten key areas of convention centre performance, including customer service, quality of facilities and operations, employee relations, health and safety, financial integrity, community relations, environmental responsibility, industry relations, and supplier relations.

The AIPC Quality Standards program is the only industry-specific certification of its kind, providing reassurance to clients and stakeholders that the centre is addressing international standards of performance in their management procedures. This program also serves as a team-building exercise, involving all management staff in a collaborative effort with a clear accomplishment at the end.

Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre’s successful audit and gold level achievement demonstrate their commitment to excellence in management procedures, addressing the needs of their clients, and their focus on industry-specific priorities.
