Overall Innovation Award Winner – Marina Bay Sands
Their Tech-Enhanced Mobility initiative integrated AI and ergonomic tools such as “Follow Me” carts and power-assist wheels. These innovations improved efficiency, reduced labour strain, and elevated service quality across a 120,000 sqm venue hosting more than 3,000 events each year.
Delegate’s Choice Award – QSNCC
Recognised for their Waste Not, Delight More programme, which repurposed over 80% of food waste. The initiative combined sustainability, community support, and visitor satisfaction setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible event operations.
