AIPC Wraps Up Successful 2025 Sales & Marketing Summit

The 19th edition of the AIPC Sales & Marketing Summit took place on 18th May in Frankfurt, setting the tone for a productive and high-energy IMEX 2025.  

Hosted at the nhow Frankfurt under the theme “Collective Intelligence, Real-World Solutions: Empowering Venues for the Future,” the Summit once again proved to be a must-attend forum for international sales and marketing leaders. 

Over 50 senior executives from convention centres across five continents gathered for a day of shared learning, strategic dialogue, and future-focused thinking. From Malaysia to Canada, Sweden to South Africa, the room was filled with insights shaped by real-world experience and forward momentum. 

The programme featured: 

  • An insightful global presentation, highlighting key economic and sector-specific trends. 
  • A design-thinking session and roundtable discussions to collaboratively identify the top https://aipc.organon-extranet.be/challenges facing venue sales and marketing teams. 
  • Afternoon panels offering perspectives from the C-suite and emerging leaders, providing a cross-generational view on how to navigate the evolving landscape. 
  • A hands-on session focused on turning ideas into action, helping participants outline three concrete steps to implement at their venues next week. 

This summit has consistently delivered high-impact outcomes since its inception nineteen years ago — and 2025 was no exception. It remains a vital space for our members to sharpen their competitive edge, understand client expectations, and exchange strategies that work.
