AIPC Communiqué – AGM – June 2023

As we did not reach the necessary quorum for the on-line AGM planned in June, we decided to postpone the General Assembly to Monday July 17th, just before the start of the Annual Conference and to make it a face-to-face event. A personal invitation will go out to venue representatives attending the Annual Conference.  

Obtaining the necessary quorum for an on-line general assembly is a true challenge, which is why we decided to move back to a face-to-face assembly. At the same time, we do want to keep it a short and efficient meeting. That is why we have now planned the AGM on Monday July 17th, from 08:00 to 08:45 – just before the official opening of the Annual Conference. 

Personal invitations and support documents will be sent to venue representatives participating to the Conference and of course the proxies collected will still be valid.
