Registration for the AIPC Academy 2026 is now open, and the early-bird deadline is approaching quickly.
Returning to Dolce La Hulpe, Belgium, from 12–17 April 2026, the Academy will once again bring together ambitious venue professionals from around the world for a week of immersive learning, global networking and hands-on challenges designed to strengthen leadership and operational expertise in today’s fast-evolving convention centre landscape.
Participants will sharpen strategic thinking, gain practical insights they can apply immediately in their organisations, and build a global network of peers facing the same opportunities and pressures from digitisation and customer expectations to sustainability and workforce transformation. With courses led by top industry experts and a strong focus on real-world application, the Academy continues to be recognised as a formative milestone in the career journey of future venue leaders.

Attendees are encouraged to secure their place as soon as possible to benefit from the early-bird registration rate, available until 15 December 2025.
In addition, a limited number of discounted rates remain available for long-haul attendees, in recognition of travel costs.
