We are all swamped with information, reports, memo’s, etc. In this section we propose a set of 3 reports we believe are worth having a look at.   

The 2024 Association Benchmarking report by NAYLOR Association Solutions provides a clear overview of the challenges faced by associations, the different strategies they put in place, the member engagement tools used and much more. While it focuses on the North-American market, a lot of the findings are likely to be very similar for associations based elsewhere in the world. The report can be downloaded here. 

The McKinsey technology trends outlook 2024 identifies the most significant technology trends unfolding today. This research is intended to help executives plan ahead by developing an understanding of potential use cases, sources of value, adoption drivers, and the critical skills needed to bring these opportunities to fruition. While this report is not event industry specific, it does provide the bigger picture when it comes to technology. The report can be downloaded here.

The Top 5 Priorities for HR Leaders in 2024 published by Gartner not only gives an overview of the challenges HR department worldwide faces, but also gives actionable insights on how to address these challenges. Similar to the technology report, this research is not event-industry specific but we believe that the content is applicable to convention centers too. The report can be downloaded here.
