The registration fee includes :

  • All educational sessions
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Welcome Cocktail on Sunday
  • Networking dinner on Monday
  • Closing cocktail on Wednesday

Registration Categories

  • Non-Member delegate are guests and observers attending the event upon the invitation and with approval of the AIPC Board of Directors. Observers are potential members invited by the Board of by other APC members.
  • AIPC Business Partners are companies that pay an annual fee to AIPC or that participate based on the provision of services to AIPC.
  • Invited Editorial Media are selected working media representatives that are actively engaged with AIPC on an ongoing basis. The registration fee is waived for such individuals.
  • Editorial media are represented by the Editor in Chief of those working media who wish to attend the conference in order to create editorial content and who may request access via the AIPC secretariat. If accepted, they will be required to pay the non-member registration fee in order to attend.

Terms & Conditions

Registration Confirmation
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the full registration fee payment (if applicable). No registrant will be entitled to access the event if full payment is not received.

Cancelation Policy
Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the AIPC Conference Secretariat (

  • For cancellations received up to and including May 16, 2024, a cancellation fee of €100 will be charged.
  • For cancellations received on and after May 17, 2024, no refund will be given, full amount required. Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company.

Refunds will be made after the conference

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Credit card payments are processed using the PCI compliant payment platform Stripe. Checks will not be accepted. All delegates are advised to arrange for full payment prior to the event to avoid any delays in collecting their badges. No badge will be issued to delegates with an outstanding payment.

Travel & Transportation for the Onsite Event
All participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and transportation.


Event Programme Change
For organisational reasons, and/or reasons beyond the control of AIPC, AIPC reserves the right to alter the timing, content and format of the programme without prior notice at any time before or during the event.
