A New Way to Participate:
This year, you have more options for participation. AIPC has been collaborating with global market research company Ipsos on the creation of a highly professional and analytical Client Satisfaction Survey and as Ipsos is also managing the AIPC Apex Award Program, this new survey system has been fully integrated with the AIPC Apex Award surveys such that those adopting the new Client Satisfaction Survey Program can elect for automatic entry and customer endorsement completion in the AIPC Apex Award competition without having to make any additional effort or pay a separate fee!

And in addition:
• It removes the duplication of processes required to participate in the AIPC Apex Award while also doing your own customer experience tracking. Respondents only need to answer a single survey, decreasing burden, improving response rates, and aligning your organization on continuous business improvement.
• It becomes much easier to meet the minimum 25 surveys requirement for the AIPC Apex Award, as in addition to the surveys conducted for events that have taken place between January 2016 and December 2017, the survey period is extended until April 2018 which means that there will be 4 months of real-time surveying.

For the 2018 AIPC Apex Award Program, there will thus be two options available to members:
Option 1: Enter the 2018 AIPC Apex Award without subscribing to the Client Satisfaction Survey. This is the approach we’ve used for many years, and is familiar to all past participants. There is a program fee of €550, which will include your being provided with the 2018 AIPC Apex Award Evaluation Report identifying key areas of client ratings as a part of your participation, provided your centre qualifies for the competition finals.
Option 2: Subscribe to the AIPC-Ipsos Client Satisfaction Survey, which will include your 2018 AIPC Apex Award Entry. You will be provided with all the outputs associated with the AIPC-Ipsos Client Satisfaction Survey Program as well as the 2018 AIPC Apex Award Evaluation Report, provided your centre qualifies for the competition finals.
You can of course subcribe to the Client Satisfaction Survey Program without entering the AIPC Apex Award – the choice is entirely yours.

Eligible AIPC Members can initiate their participation by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the AIPC Apex Award 2018 Competition Criteria and Entry Requirements and Registration Form. Upon completion of the registration form (final date: November 23), members will receive a login code to access the Ipsos portal to submit the client references which will be validated by ensuring the competition protocols have been adhered to. Final date for entering client references is December 10, 2017.
